We have replacement batteries for all the Innotek and PetSafe products we sell. These are also widely available locally. In case of difficulty finding a local source, the web lists several. We have used the Small Battery Company, telephone 020 8871 3730 or www.smallbatterycompany.org.uk
The receiver-collars for the HF-25WE, HF-025E, BC50E and FS-15E all use 4LR44 or L1325F alkaline six volt batteries.
The hand-held transmitter used with the FS-15E training collar uses a 23A or an L1028 alkaline twelve volt battery.
The SD transmitters all use AA alkaline one and a half volt batteries. These are optional; they only serve as a back up power source for mains power.
